Maciej C. has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2007, they have held a number of positions in various companies. From 2007 to 2009, they were an Analyst at AT Invest Sp. z o.o., an Account Specialist at Franklin Templeton Investments, and an Intern at both IEG - INVESTMENT BANKING and CMC Consulting. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Groupon GmbH as both a Financial Controller EMEA and a Business Development Manager Groupon PL. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Head of Finance at Core GmbH, and from 2014 to 2020, they were the Director of Finance at Market Logic Software. In 2020, they took a Sabbatical and is currently the VP of Finance at Temedica, where they are responsible for strategic and financial further development of the company, introducing and further developing necessary and forward-looking business processes, enhancing commercialization, and overall strategic and operational responsibility for the areas of finance, accounting, and controlling.

Maciej C. has a diverse educational background. From 2003 to 2008, they attended Poznan University of Economics and Business, where they earned a M.Sc. in Finance and Management. In 2008, they attended Università degli Studi di Macerata, where they earned a Certificate of Attendance in General Business Study. Lastly, they attended ESCP Business School, where they earned a Master/Diplom-Kaufmann in International Management and Corporate Finance.
