Mirela Enachioiu

Mirela Enachioiu is a Cloud Service Delivery Manager at Temenos, where responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer experiences, managing incident resolutions, monitoring service performance against SLAs and KPIs, and facilitating major service changes.
