Gemma Hart is an experienced professional in the field of education and apprenticeship management, currently serving as the Director of Learner Experience at Tempdent since September 2025. Previously, Gemma held leadership roles at Fuel Learning and Dudley College, focusing on the continuous improvement of apprenticeship programs and ensuring high standards of delivery and student outcomes. Additionally, Gemma contributed to the education sector as the Head of Education and Work-Based Learning Manager at Francesco Group, where the emphasis was on merging education with industry standards to develop skilled professionals. With a solid academic background, including a Master’s Degree in Educational Management from the University of Birmingham and a First-Class BA Hons in Business Enterprise from University College Birmingham, Gemma possesses a comprehensive skill set in curriculum development, quality assurance, and educational leadership.
