Chris Phillips

Chris Phillips serves as the Vice President of the Tempe Officers Association since June 2015, while concurrently holding the position of Peace Officer with the City of Tempe since June 2008. Previous roles at the Tempe Police Department included Field Training Officer, Detective specializing in Juvenile and Collision Reconstruction, and Traffic Officer. Chris's career began as a Police Officer in the Township of Bristol and included a role as Purchasing Manager at Universal Medical Instruments. Additionally, Chris served in the US Navy as an Aviation Storekeeper, managing inventory and budgets for aviation materials. Chris's extensive law enforcement experience is complemented by a background in procurement and inventory control within the medical device industry.
