Mark Eagles is an accomplished Senior Maintenance & Engineering Manager with extensive experience in the manufacturing and maintenance sectors. Currently at Tempel since May 2016, Mark has held various roles including Maintenance Manager, and has a proven track record in maintaining and repairing complex production equipment as well as managing maintenance operations. Prior experience includes serving as Reliability Team Leader and Reliability Technician Lead at Maple Leaf Foods Inc., and managing maintenance and engineering at Felton Brushes Ltd., where Mark also oversaw product development and implemented Lean initiatives. Mark holds multiple diplomas from Mohawk College in Manufacturing & Automation Engineering, Industrial Millwright, and Architecture Technology, along with ongoing studies at McMaster University.
