Sethu Madhavan

Sethu Madhavan has a strong background in leadership and management, with experience in various roles in different companies. Sethu started their career at Siemens as a Regional Manager, where they achieved significant growth in the company's top line and market share. Sethu then moved on to Rockwell Automation as a Business Development Manager, where they developed market penetration strategies and trained a cross-cultural team. After that, they worked at Converteam (now GE Power Conversion) as a Director of Sales, where they successfully built a winning team and achieved remarkable growth in orders. Currently, they are the Managing Director at Tempel, where they are responsible for the overall operations, finance, HR, sales, and marketing of the company. In this role, they focus on implementing business strategy, lean manufacturing, and managing profitability.

Sethu Madhavan's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Govt. College of Technology, Coimbatore. Sethu also holds a Professional in Securities Market (PSM) degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
