Alvin Scott has worked for five companies over the past 16 years. In 2021, they began working as an Assistant Manager Manufacturing for TemperPack, where they are responsible for managing human and material resources to meet production goals and ensuring a continuous operation. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Rolling Mill Routine Facilitator for Gerdau Long Steel North America, where they were responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of all aspects within their area of responsibility. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as a Production Supervisor for Honeywell, where they were responsible for equipment training, safety training, and process procedures for all newly hired employees. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Maintenance Technician for Reddy Ice, where they were responsible for monitoring all equipment on a daily basis and conducting preventative maintenance programs. Finally, from 2005 to 2010, they worked as a Service Technician for Amelia Overhead Door, where they serviced and repaired commercial and residential garage doors.
