Amy Williams

Amy Williams is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer currently at TemperPack since October 2023. Previously, Amy served as the Head of People Operations at Mission Lane from July 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included building and leading a department that expanded from 2 to 25 employees, with an emphasis on establishing a balanced, modern workplace structure. Amy has extensive experience in employee engagement and learning and development from a tenure as Principal at Align Consulting LLC from May 2004 to June 2019, as well as experience as Director of Human Resources at Digex from September 1997 to May 2004, managing a team and overseeing various HR functions. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Randolph-Macon Woman's College and multiple leadership and organizational development certifications from Georgetown University.
