David Watts

David Watts began their career in 2008 as a Trainer at Target. In 2012, they moved to Walmart Distribution Center as an Area Manager. In 2014, they returned to Target as an Operations Manager. In 2015, they joined Amazon as an Operations Manager and Area Manager. In 2016, they joined TemperPack as Senior Vice President & General Manager- Green Cell Foam, Vice President Human Resources, VP of Manufacturing, and Director Of Operations.

David Watts obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Business Management from Liberty University. David also holds certifications in Lean Principles from Purdue University and OSHA 30 from OSHA.
