Derric Featherstone

Derric Featherstone has extensive experience in quality management, serving in various roles at multiple companies since 2009. At TemperPack, positions included Director of Quality, Quality Manager, and Safety & Quality Manager from November 2018 to February 2024. Concurrently, Derric held the title of Quality Manager at Anord Mardix from December 2022 to February 2024. Prior to these roles, quality management was a focus at Specialty Coating & Laminating from June 2015 to November 2018, with experience also as a Quality Assurance Lab Supervisor. Earlier in the career, Derric worked as a Lab Technician at Sotera Defense Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed the design and fabrication of vacuum hardware and the operation and maintenance of specialized equipment for pulsed power experiments at the Naval Research Laboratory.
