Paul Altieri

Paul Altieri serves as the Vice President of Engineering at TemperPack since July 2023, following his role as Vice President of Operations at Green Cell Foam from September 2021 to April 2024. With significant experience in manufacturing and operations, Altieri has held various leadership positions, including Director of Manufacturing and Procurement at Nutricia North America and Senior Manager of Operations and Commercialization at B&G Foods, where a diverse portfolio of branded, shelf-stable foods is produced. Previous roles include Plant Manager at Stay Fresh Foods, Site/Plant Manager at Puratos, Director of U.S. Production at Schar USA, and Director of External Operations at National Starch LLC. Altieri's educational background includes a BA in Chemistry from the College of the Holy Cross, an MSCHE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, and an MS in Management of Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
