Yaroslav Kargin

Yaroslav Kargin currently serves as the QA/QC Manager at Tempesta Technologies Inc. since March 2024. Prior to this role, Yaroslav worked at Virtuozzo from January 2016 to March 2024 as the QA Manager, where responsibilities included the coordination of quality assurance processes for Parallels Hybrid Server and related products, project management in JIRA, and overseeing the onboarding of new QA hires. Yaroslav also held the position of Team Lead in manual testing, focusing on testing new features and products while collaborating closely with development teams. Yaroslav's career began as a QA engineer for Parallels from 2012 to January 2016, specializing in the manual testing of Parallels Automation for Cloud Infrastructure (PACI). Earlier experience includes roles as Senior IT Administrator at Tekhnologii remonta LLC from July 2011 to September 2012 and as Head of IT at Xenon CJSC from January 2006 to May 2011.
