Lidia Salerno

Lidia Salerno is the People Experience Officer at Templafy. Lidia has over four years of experience in human resources and has previously worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Trustpilot. During their time at Trustpilot, they were responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including on-boarding, off boarding, benefits administration, performance management and compliance assurance initiatives. Lidia also provided support to 160 employees in New York and 60 employees in Denver. In their role as People Experience Officer at Templafy, they are responsible for managing day-to-day employee situations and partnering with the People Operations Leader and Human Resource Services.

Lidia Salerno attended Saint Peter's University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management.
