Nadia Gonzales-Prada

Nadia Gonzales-Prada serves as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Templafy, having progressed through roles including Head of Talent Acquisition for the US and APAC regions, and Manager of Talent Acquisition for those areas since April 2020. Prior to Templafy, Nadia held the position of Strategic Talent Advisor at CloserIQ from September 2018 to March 2020, where the focus was on empowering companies to build high-performing sales organizations. Additionally, experience includes roles as Senior Talent Advisor, Professional Recruiter, and Recruiter at Insight Global from October 2016 to August 2018, and Business Development Team Lead and Marketing Sales/Business Development Intern at ROCS Staffing from September 2015 to September 2016. Nadia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from George Mason University.
