Rachel Glazer

Rachel Glazer currently serves as the Assistant Director of Youth Education and Engagement at Temple Beth El in Charlotte, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this, Rachel worked as the Religious School Administrator at Beth Israel Congregation from June 2021 to April 2023, overseeing faculty and fostering Jewish learning among youth. At the Goldring/Woldenberg Institute of Southern Jewish Life, Rachel held multiple roles including Assistant Director of Education and Community Engagement Program Manager from June 2016 to April 2023, focusing on Jewish life and social justice education in the South. Additional experience includes work as an Education Coordinator for The Royal Y’all, a Diplomat for Diversity at the University of North Georgia, and various roles with the Union for Reform Judaism. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of North Georgia and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Experiential Jewish Education from The George Washington University.
