Rosa Berreles-Acosta has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rosa began their career as a Department Manager at Foley's Department Store, where they oversaw various areas of the store and maximized sales and profits.

Rosa then worked as an AmeriCorps State and National program member, where they engaged in activities such as tutoring and mentoring disadvantaged youth, community engagement, and teaching computer skills.

After that, they served as a Service Area Coordinator and Community Education Coordinator at Central Texas College, where they coordinated service area operations and community education programs.

At UTSA TRIO Educational Talent Search, Rosa worked as a Lead Retention Specialist, focusing on retaining students and providing support services.

Rosa later served as the Director at iCode West Frisco, overseeing the operations of the campus, developing a strategic plan, and managing finances.

Currently, Rosa is the Executive Director of Dual Credit & High School Partnerships at Temple College, where they are responsible for planning and coordinating the college's dual credit program and high school outreach activities.

Rosa Berreles-Acosta obtained a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from Southwest Texas State University between 1986 and 1990. Rosa later pursued a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (M.S.O.L.) from Union Institute & University, completing it in 2016.
