Ray Reed has extensive work experience in the media industry. Ray began their career as the General Manager of the Fort Hood Sentinel newspaper in 2012, where they were responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, advertising sales, and marketing. During their tenure, they managed the editorial staff, sales representatives, and circulation crew to ensure the smooth functioning of all departments. Ray held this position until 2019. In 2022, Reed joined the Temple Daily Telegram as the Advertising Sales Director.
Ray Reed attended Texas A&M University from 1976 until 1980, where they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics.
