Charlie Irwin is a Principal Consultant at Temple, with experience managing Environmental Impact Assessments for property developments and coordinating reviews for local planning authorities since February 2019. Previously, Charlie served as a Research Portfolio Manager at the Economic and Social Research Council, managing grants and research investments within management and business studies from May 2013 to February 2019. Additional roles include User Researcher at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills and Impact Officer at the Natural Environment Research Council. Charlie holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Reading and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geography from the University of East Anglia.
