Temple
Rachel Saunders serves as the Technical Director - Ecology and Associate Director at Temple since November 2021. With extensive experience in ecological work, Rachel previously held the position of Principal Ecologist at The Ecology Consultancy from June 2007 to December 2021, leading a team in the Norwich office and managing ecological impact assessments for various infrastructure projects. Additional roles include Trainer for The Mammal Society since 1997, Conservation Advisor at Natural England from 2005 to 2007, Jerwood Scholar at the University of Oxford, and Administrator for the People's Trust for Endangered Species. Rachel holds a PhD in Spatial Ecology of Urban Foxes and a BSc in Biology from the University of Bristol.
