Allyson Saccomandi, M.Ed., SPHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished professional in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of HR Strategy at Temple Health, Allyson has previously held roles as a Senior Talent Management Consultant at AmeriHealth Caritas and Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Operations Officer at Wilmington Trust. Additionally, Allyson has experience as an Independent Consultant with APS Consulting Team and as Director of Talent Acquisition at Temple University. Allyson holds a Master of Education in Adult and Organizational Development from Temple University College of Education and Human Development and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Rosemont College.
