Christopher Perez

Christopher Perez, CPC, MSHRM, serves as the Director of Enterprise Initiatives, Leadership & Organizational Development at Temple Health – Temple University Health System since August 2015, where responsibilities include providing strategic and operational direction for Human Resources programs. Previous roles at Temple include Manager and Sr Consultant within the same department, focusing on performance management and talent management processes. Prior experience includes positions at AmeriHealth Caritas as a Corporate Talent Management Consultant, developing leadership and performance management programs, and at Ballston Spa National Bank as Director of Training. Christopher has a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University, alongside an Associate's degree from SUNY Cobleskill.
