Dr. Chaudron Carter Short

Dr. Chaudron Carter Short is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in nursing leadership and education. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and System Chief Nurse Executive at Temple Health, Dr. Short previously held roles at Temple University College of Public Health as Professor and Chair and at Temple University Hospital as Chief Nursing Officer. With a strong background in various leadership positions at both Penn Medicine and Cooper University Hospital, Dr. Short combines practical nursing experience with academic credentials, including a PhD in Nursing Leadership from Walden University and an EdD in Educational Leadership from Saint Joseph's University. Dr. Short has also contributed to nursing education as an associate professor at Saint Joseph's University and La Salle University.
