Joe Yannelli

Joe Yannelli is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in IT infrastructure and network services. Currently serving as Enterprise Manager of Network Services at Temple Health – Temple University Health System since November 2025, Joe has previously held key roles such as Senior Solutions Architect at RapidScale and Manager of Network Services at Radial Inc. Throughout a career spanning over a decade, Joe has demonstrated expertise in enhancing operational efficiency, developing technology solutions, and providing leadership across various organizations, including positions as Director of Global IT Infrastructure at PSA BDP and Vice President of Information Technology at Intercommunity Action. Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate’s degree in Computer Engineering Technology from CHI Institute.
