Latasha Beckton

Latasha Beckton is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in labor and employee relations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Temple Health since November 2024, Latasha previously held roles at JEVS Human Services as a Sr. Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager from October 2017 to November 2024. Earlier experience includes a position as a Human Resources Professional with the City of Philadelphia from July 2015 to October 2017, and roles as a Benefits Auditor and Verification Specialist at Cotiviti from September 2013 to July 2015. Latasha holds a Master of Science in Human Capital Management from Saint Joseph's University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Labor Employment Relations and Telecommunications Management from Penn State University, along with additional education from Temple University's Real Estate Institute.
