Tim Cyphers

Tim Cyphers is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Senior Director of Treasury Services at Temple Health – Temple University Health System since February 2021, after previously holding the position of Director of Debt Management. Prior to this role, Tim spent nearly nine years at Johns Hopkins Health System, advancing from Staff Accountant III to Sr. Treasury Analyst and ultimately to Sr. Staff Investment Officer, where responsibilities included managing a $2 billion internal affiliate debt program and coordinating audits of significant investments and debts. Tim holds a Master's degree in Writing from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Fairfield University.
