Heather Howe is a teacher at Gan Ilan Preschool at Temple Isaiah of Contra Costa County and also teaches Omanut at JQuest. Prior to this, Heather worked as a Special Education Teacher at Mt. Diablo Unified School District. Heather holds a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Ithaca College.
