Nicholas Guajardo

Nicholas Guajardo, MBA, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in improving employee retention and organizational culture. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Temple Machine Shop Inc since April 2022, Nicholas focuses on retention strategies after addressing a 100% turnover rate. Previously, as the Human Resources Director at Georgetown Behavioral Health Institute, Nicholas successfully negotiated discounted educational benefits for employees. In prior roles at Temple Machine Shop Inc, Nicholas achieved a significant reduction in turnover from over 100% to approximately 20% as Director of Human Resources.
