Barbara Roberts serves as the General Manager of The Roof Restaurant at Temple Square Hospitality Corporation since March 2012, overseeing operations for a fine-dining venue located on the top floor of the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. Previously, Barbara held roles as Catering Manager and Concierge at The Grand America Hotel and worked in sales and marketing as an assistant at Temple Square Hospitality Corporation from 2003 to 2006. Early career experience includes positions as a Reservations Agent for Delta Airlines, Catering Coordinator at Doubletree Hotel, and Concierge/Executive Level at Sheraton Hotel. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications/Public Relations with a minor in Gerontology from Weber State University, awarded between 1999 and 2002.
