Derek Fisher

Derek Fisher is an accomplished cybersecurity leader with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various roles across academia and the private sector. Currently serving as the Director of the Cyber Defense and Information Assurance Program at Temple University, Derek oversees the program's strategic direction and provides educational leadership as an Associate Professor. Previous positions include Executive Director of Product Security at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Head of Product Security at Envestnet, and Engineering Director of Identity & Access Management at Vanguard. With a strong foundation in software engineering and product security management, Derek holds a Master's Degree from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science from Baker College, emphasizing Computer Science and Web Development.
