Donna Katzman

Donna Katzman is an experienced professional in fundraising and development, currently serving as the Director of Development at North Penn YMCA since September 2013, where Donna supports fundraising efforts and manages external communications. Simultaneously, Katzman is the Donor Database Manager at Ivy Hill Therapeutic Equestrian Center, overseeing the DonorPerfect database and managing gift processing. Previously, Katzman held key positions at Comcast-Spectacor Charities, including Director of Events, where Donna significantly increased event revenues and established new fundraising initiatives. Katzman's career also includes roles with the Philadelphia Flyers and Philadelphia 76ers as well as a research-focused position at Bryn Mawr College and the University of Pennsylvania, contributing to substantial fundraising successes. Katzman earned a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Towson University.
