Malgorzata Guziak

Malgorzata "Gosia" Guziak is the current Membership Drive Coordinator at TUSHRM. Prior to this, they were a Student Ombudsperson at the Fox School of Business at Temple University from March 2019 to May 2020. In this role, they empowered students enrolled in courses within the Fox School of Business to informally resolve academic problems and conflicts. Malgorzata also promoted alternatives to more formal processes and recommended appropriate institutional action or change as necessary. Additionally, they supported effective communication, cooperation, equity and civility in academic and work environments through coaching individuals, facilitating communication between persons and departments, and providing information on university policy.

Before their time at Temple University, Guziak was a Team Member at Six Flags from June 2018 to August 2018. In this role, they assisted hundreds of guests per hour, operated ride, and ensured safety at popular amusement park ride. Malgorzata also ensured efficiency of ride throughput as well as proper completion of safety checks. Lastly, they oversaw and enforced safety guidelines in addition to addressing guest concerns and providing optimal guest experiences.

Guziak began their professional career as an Intern at Little Tots Learning Center from November 2017 to May 2018.

Malgorzata "Gosia" Guziak earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Temple University with a concentration in financial planning and human resource management. Malgorzata also holds a diploma from Middlesex County Academy of Allied Health & Biomedical Sciences. In addition, they have earned a certification from eMoney Advisor in eMoney Fundamentals Certification.

They are on a team with Megan Foster - Finance and Metrics Coordinator, Claudia Dampf - Membership Development and Support Coordinator, and Ryan Bloomfield - Membership Drive Coordinator. Malgorzata "Gosia" Guziak reports to Cady Engle, VP of Finance and Membership.
