Tony Bucciero

Tony Bucciero has extensive experience in the recruitment and charity sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Siamo Group since January 2016, Tony has successfully transformed the company from Templine Employment Agency Ltd, incorporating a broader range of services beyond the core blue collar temporary recruitment. Tony's career began in March 1993 at Templine Employment Agency Ltd, where progression from a trainee recruitment consultant to Managing Director included leading a management buyout in 2007 with the aid of bank and private equity funding. Additionally, Tony acted as Trustee and Managing Director for Type One Mission Ltd from June 2009 to July 2023, contributing to fundraising efforts that generated over £250,000 for Type One diabetes research before the charity's closure.
