Jason Butchko

Jason Butchko has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing and telecommunications industries. Jason is currently the CEO/Founder of TEMPO Communications, Inc. Prior to that, they served as the President and CEO of Greenlee from 2017 to 2018. Jason also held the position of VP & General Manager at Greenlee - Textron from 2013 to 2017, where they oversaw the telecom and datacom divisions.

In addition, Jason Butchko worked as the VP/GM Networks and T&M at Ideal Industries from 2009 to 2012, where they led the restructure and turnaround of the datacomm team. Jason also held the position of VP Business Development at AMS/Westco Scientific Instruments, Inc. from 2007 to 2008.

Before this, they served as the VP Operations at Precision Castparts: AFT (Advanced Forming Technologies) from 2006 to 2007, where they led the operational turnaround for three manufacturing facilities. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles at Hach Company, Danaher Corp, including Business Unit Manager from 2002 to 2006 and Program Manager - Lab Business Unit from 2000 to 2002. At Hach Company, they managed international staff, led new product launches, and implemented cost-savings initiatives.

Jason Butchko's earlier career includes roles such as Plant Manager at Waterpik Technologies from 1999 to 2000, where they implemented lean manufacturing practices, and Tooling & Maintenance Manager at Teledyne Waterpik from 1998 to 1999, where they reengineered the tool maintenance program.

Overall, Jason Butchko has a proven track record of leading successful turnarounds, implementing growth strategies, and driving operational excellence in various industries.

Jason Butchko attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Jason then pursued further education at the Colorado School of Mines from 1995 to 1998, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science & Engineering. In 2001, Jason enrolled at the University of Colorado Denver and completed their studies in 2003, earning an MBA specializing in Executive MBA.
