John Parizek

John Parizek has extensive experience in financial roles, particularly as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). John currently holds the position of CFO at Tempo Communications, Inc. since February 2019. Prior to this, they were a Partner at Pentwater Legal Funding starting in 2017. John also served as the CFO for New Energy Ventures, Inc., a solar project development company, from 2014 to 2017. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as the CFO for Direct Grid Technologies, Inc. Before that, they held the roles of CFO and CEO at MicroProbe, Inc. from 2001 to 2010. John's career began at Tempo Research Corporation in 1991 as the CFO, where they worked until 2001.

John Parizek attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
