Wesley Kouba is an experienced leader in ministry and healthcare advocacy, currently serving as the Director of Engagement & Partnerships at VantagePoint3 Ministries and as Lead Pastor at Lakeside Church since 2016. Wesley's pastoral work focuses on serving, teaching, and leading community engagement, while also overseeing church operations. In addition, Wesley works as a Family Donation Advocate with Tempo Organ Procurement Professionals, providing support to families in crisis and facilitating organ donation discussions. Previous roles include Pastor of Teaching and Discipleship at Lakeside Church and Family Support Coordinator at LifeNet Health, where Wesley provided critical care and promoted organ donation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Divinity from Virginia Beach Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministries from Northland International University.
