Conor Arsenault has a diverse range of work experience, beginning in 2016 as a Research Assistant and Transcriptionist at Memorial University of Newfoundland. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a High School Teacher (English, Social Studies) at Maple Leaf Educational Systems and as a Middle School Teacher at BURNT MILL ACADEMY TRUST. In 2018, Conor also served as an Exam Invigilator at Memorial University of Newfoundland. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Paper, first as a Humanities Tutor, then as a Professional Development Assistant, Online Instructional Coordinator, and finally as an Online Instructional Specialist. In 2020, they also worked as a Literacy Tutor at LearnAbility Nova Scotia. Conor's most recent role is as a Learning and Onboarding Specialist at Tempo Software, which they began in 2023.

Conor Arsenault began their education at Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy in 2016. Conor continued their education at the same university and pursued a Bachelor of Education degree in Intermediate/Secondary education, completing it in 2018. Conor also obtained teacher certifications from both the Ministry of Education - Teacher Regulation Branch and Education and Early Childhood Development - Newfoundland and Labrador in September and August 2018, respectively.

Conor also obtained a certification in "UX Foundations: Accessibility" from LinkedIn in November 2021.
