Yao-Tsung (Zackary) Yu

Yao-Tsung (Zackary) Yu has a diverse work experience in product design and user experience spanning several companies. Yao-Tsung (Zackary) is currently working at Tempo Software as the Director of Product Design since September 2022. Before this role, they held positions of Manager of Product Design from August 2021 to September 2022 and Team Lead of Product Design from January 2019 to August 2021, all at Tempo Software. Prior to their time at Tempo Software, Zackary worked as a Product Designer at Element AI, a ServiceNow company, from January 2018 to January 2019. Yao-Tsung (Zackary) also served as a Senior UI/UX Designer at Kronos Incorporated from October 2014 to January 2018. Earlier in their career, Zackary worked as a UX Designer/Researcher at Intelerad Medical Systems from November 2012 to October 2014 and as a Junior Designer at StarFish Medical from September 2011 to November 2012.

Yao-Tsung (Zackary) Yu pursued their Bachelor of Design in Industrial and Product Design at Emily Carr University of Art and Design from 2006 to 2011. In 2014, they briefly enrolled in a Certificate Program for Web Development at Concordia University.
