Candace van Oostrum is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in user experience and product design, currently serving as the Head of Design at Temporal Technologies since November 2021. Prior roles include Director of Product Design at PagerDuty, where Candace focused on strategic portfolio management during crises and implemented accessible design systems, as well as Design Lead at Canada Life, leading agile transformation. Previous experience includes UX Product Manager at KOHO, freelance consulting for high-profile clients, and instructional roles in user experience design. Candace holds an Hon B.A. in New Media Design from the University of Toronto.
