Marcelo Bressan

Marcelo Bressan has extensive work experience in various roles involving customer success, advisory, and leadership positions.

In 2010, they worked at Nicira as the Global Director of Professional Services & Customer Support, where they built teams responsible for service delivery, customer support, and training. Marcelo successfully generated over $1 million in support and subscription revenue within 18 months.

From 2012 to 2015, Marcelo served as the Director/Senior Director of Solution Architecture, Networking & Security at VMware. Marcelo led a global solution architecture organization and implemented programs that significantly improved customer adoption of NSX, resulting in 10x growth in adoption over two years.

Starting in 2016, Marcelo joined Datera as the Head of Customer Business Operations, where they built operations functions and led customer adoption and expansion efforts. Marcelo successfully delivered petabytes of data storage devices.

Marcelo Bressan has a diverse education history. Marcelo began their educational journey at Colégio Santa Cruz, where they completed their high school education from 1989 to 1991. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia, studying from 1992 to 1996.

Marcelo furthered their education with a graduate degree in Business Administration and Management from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, which they obtained between 1998 and 2000. Continuing to expand their knowledge, they enrolled at Stanford University from 2008 to 2011, earning an Advanced Project Management Degree.
