Cyril Girardeaux is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in offshore construction and project management. Currently serving as Market Lead for Heavy Civils at TWD since September 2023, Cyril has developed strategic marketing plans and collaborated with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Previously, Cyril held various impactful roles, including Technical Advisor and Movie Producer at CGI Productions and Senior Project Manager at The Ocean Cleanup. Notable achievements include managing offshore installation and construction projects for the DEME Group, where responsibilities ranged from managing site logistics at the SeaMade Offshore Wind Farm to overseeing trenching operations for the Baltic Connector project. Cyril's career spans over two decades, with a solid foundation in marine works, underpinned by a Technical Engineer degree from IUT St Nazaire, France.
