Ian Rosen has extensive experience in finance and law, currently serving as Partner and General Counsel at Temporis Capital since 2010. Prior to this role, Ian held the position of Managing Director at Banque AIG in London from 2007 to 2009, and served as Director at Deutsche Bank from 1998 to 2007. Ian began their career at McKinsey & Company, working as an Analyst and later as an Associate/Engagement Manager between 1989 and 1996. Ian's educational background includes a JD in Law from Yale Law School, an MA in War Studies from King's College London, and a BA in Physics and Government from Wesleyan University.

We invest across asset classes to bring our clients what we believe to be the best ideas in renewable energy and clean technology, aiming to combine strong financial returns with environmental and social impact. Since 2010, we have developed and/or operated close to 1GW of renewable energy capacity. Business Focus Equity Infrastructure The Temporis Equity Infrastructure team manages a number of private and public renewable energy portfolios together totaling close to 1GW in the UK and Republic of Ireland across offshore wind, onshore wind, hydro, biomass, solar, energy efficiency and landfill gas technologies. We typically engage with developers in the pre-consent or post-consent, pre-financing stage of a project on an equity only or project financed basis. We have a track record of delivering added value solutions to our investors and partners at every stage of the project life cycle. Direct Lending Temporis Capital provides long term project finance to the UK onshore renewable sector through its direct lending platform. Funding is provided for new projects, either in the construction or operations phase, as well as for refinancing existing projects or portfolios.
