Carley Hardin

Carley Hardin is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in total rewards, compensation, and talent development. Currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Tempur Sealy International, Carley oversees global compensation, benefits, HR technology, and payroll. Previous roles include HRIS Manager, HRIS Analyst at Tempur Sealy International, and various positions at Dollar Tree Stores, where Carley engaged in compensation analysis and talent program evaluation. Carley also served as S1 Human Resources Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army Reserve, contributing to employee wellbeing and training support, and coordinated NASA internships at USRA/NASA Langley Research Center.
