Diana Strickland

Diana Strickland is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in executive leadership. Currently serving as SVP and CHRO at Tempur Sealy International since 2005, Diana oversees all aspects of human resource management and industrial relations. Previous roles include VP of Human Resources for both the manufacturing sector and the West Region, where strategic HR leadership and policy implementation were central. Diana's experience extends to Atlas Cold Storage as Director of Human Resources and includes significant roles at CSI and Photometrics. Educational credentials include a BS in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and an Executive Certificate in Business Excellence from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
