Dirk Hupfer

Dirk Hupfer is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as CFO International at Tempur Sealy International since January 2006, Dirk has successfully managed global projects, particularly the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics AX and optimization of supply chains. Prior positions include Vice-President Finance & Operations International and Director of International Operations, where responsibilities included ERP system analysis and process standardization. Previously, Dirk was the Financial Director at Tempur Deutschland GmbH, overseeing month and year-end closings and implementing ERP systems across multiple regions. A career foundation was established as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen and as a Wissenschaftlich studentische Hilfskraft at the University of Münster. Dirk holds a degree from the University of Münster.
