Glen Gilbertson

Glen Gilbertson is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in labor relations and HR management. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources - Operations at Tempur Sealy International since January 2014, Glen oversees Field Human Resources and labor relations support across the U.S. Prior to this role, Glen was the Regional VRHR at Sealy, Inc. from September 2007 to January 2014, managing HR and labor relations for multiple locations in a diverse operating region. Additionally, Glen held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Canton Drop Forge from July 2002 to September 2007, where responsibility included leading human resources and labor relations efforts for a workforce of 500 employees across three bargaining units, including serving as the first chair in labor negotiations.
