Jim Kehoe (he/him)

Jim Kehoe has a diverse work experience in the mattress industry. Jim started working for Sealy in 1991 as a Territory Sales Manager and progressed to become a Western Region Marketing Manager. From 2002 to 2004, he was the Field Sales Manager for Sealy Inc. Jim then joined Sealy Mattress Co. in 2004 as the Director of Sales until 2014. In 2014, Jim joined Tempur Sealy International as a Regional Sales Director, where he managed a $250MM+ region and coached and developed 23 direct reports. Jim later became the Vice President of National Accounts for Sleep Shop and Furniture Channels and then the Vice President of Sales for the West Division, responsible for sales, profits, employee management, customer contracts/relationships, team building and company initiatives.

Jim Kehoe attended San Diego State University from 1986 to 1989, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Finance. He was also a valued member of the Aztec Pre-Law society and is an active booster.
