Matt Holt

Matt Holt has extensive work experience in the logistics and transportation field.

Matt started their career at Lexmark in 1998 as a Senior Logistics Analyst and later became the U.S. Distribution Operations Manager from 2003 to 2006. During their time at Lexmark, they were responsible for managing warehouse and distribution sites.

In 2007, Matt joined Lexmark again in the role of Transportation Vendor Management/Export-Import Compliance. Matt was in charge of domestic and international regulatory compliance, customs compliance, and specialized delivery requirements. Matt also managed key visibility and optimization projects.

Since 2013, Matt has been working at Tempur Sealy International. Matt began as a Logistics Program Manager and was responsible for implementing and overseeing managed transportation programs and systems. Matt later became the Senior Regional Transportation Manager, where they had oversight of a private fleet of over 300 tractors and drivers. Their responsibilities included operational, regulatory, and financial safeguarding, lease and rental agreements, driver recruitment and disciplinary programs, and DOT regulatory communication and training.

Currently, Matt holds the position of Director of Logistics at Tempur Sealy International, where they continue to use their expertise in logistics and transportation.

Matt Holt attended Eastern Kentucky University from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts/Printmaking. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Leading at a Distance from LinkedIn.
