Mikael Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Mikael began their career in 2000 as the Director of Sales at Cox Communications, where they successfully managed account managers and sales teams to grow market share and maximize revenue. From 2006 to 2014, Mikael served as the Director of Retail Operations at Time Warner Cable, overseeing sales, marketing, merchandising, and staffing. During this time, they built strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and contracted companies while implementing targeted marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue. In 2014, Mikael joined JCPenney as a Project Manager, where they developed and implemented communication strategies and managed projects across various operational areas. Mikael then transitioned to Bass Pro Shops in 2016 as a Sales Manager, responsible for managing daily operations, designing sales plans, and optimizing merchandise presentations to enhance sales growth. Most recently, in 2018, Mikael joined Tempur Sealy International, first as a Flagship Store Manager and later promoted to Director of Operations. Their role involves overseeing operations and ensuring efficient processes.
