Ron Catlin

Ron Catlin possesses extensive management experience in the retail and service industries. Currently serving as Store Manager at Tempur Sealy International since January 2018, Ron previously held the same position at Sleep Train from October 2011 to December 2018, where responsibilities included leading a sales team and creating schedules to optimize customer service. Prior to this, Ron was an Operations Manager at Avis Budget Group from December 2006 to October 2011, overseeing a team of over 100 associates and managing hiring, training, and scheduling processes. Ron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Arizona.
