Stephanie Sheron has extensive experience in sales operations and customer service management, currently serving as the Sales Operations Manager for Tempur Sealy International since September 2015. In this role, Stephanie oversees a new department established in 2023 that facilitates communication between operations and sales across ten manufacturing locations in the United States. Prior to this, Stephanie held various positions at Sealy from October 2000 to May 2023, including Supply Chain Manager and Customer Service Manager, and gained significant experience at Baker Furniture as a Customer Service Representative from June 1993 to October 2000. Stephanie holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Randolph Community College and a Master Hotel Supplier degree from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
